The Brooklyn Navy Yard
Providing architectural and administrative services, Spacesmith led the team in the renovation of the Building 293. Built in the 1970s to fabricate ship components, the 95,000 sf structure was transformed into the primary facility for the fabrication of modular apartment units for the Atlantic Yards B2 Modular residential building.
