Hermès of Paris engaged Spacesmith as executive architect on the installation of their Georgetown location. As part of a new, multi-use development, the scope of this 7,000 sf renovation included replacing the façade, the retail areas on the ground floor, merchandise storage spaces in the cellar and on the second floor, a back-of house connecting stair, and new mechanical systems throughout. Our team worked in close collaboration with the luxury brand’s Paris design team Rena Dumas Architecture Interieure (RDAI).
