Spacesmith acted as executive architect in the expansion of one of the few franchised stores that Hermès of Paris still holds. The scope included a complete gut of the existing 2,500 sf boutique with an extension into an adjacent space, doubling the retail floor to 6,200 sf. Before work could begin, our team created a 1,600 sf temporary store across the street with a “pop-up” feel to operate during construction.
