Located on the New Jersey bank of the Hudson River, this large-scale urban development faces Midtown Manhattan and offers sweeping views of the iconic skyline. The project features nearly 100 condominium units housed in four- and five-story buildings, along with 68 four-story townhouses organized into four distinct clusters.

Owen & Mandolfo provided comprehensive interior design services across the development, working in close collaboration with the owner's representatives, marketing team, architects, engineers, and landscape designers. The team adopted a transitional modern design approach for the interiors, chosen to complement the New Urban style of the exterior architecture. This design strategy was crafted to appeal to a diverse demographic at the intersection of urban and suburban living.

The design scope included all common areas, such as entrance lobbies, hallways, and elevators, with full attention to finishes, furnishings, and fixtures. Owen & Mandolfo also designed and furnished two duplex condominium model units and two four-story townhouse model units, providing complete interior styling.

A major highlight of the project is the 5,000-square-foot amenity center, spanning three levels and serving as the social heart of the development. It includes clubrooms, bars, a screening room, fitness spaces, a children's playroom, and a concierge office. Additionally, the team led the gut renovation of a 3,000-square-foot single-story structure to create a sales center. This space featured full-scale replicas of typical condominium and townhouse floor plans, along with dedicated office space for a four-person sales staff.
