Spacesmith conducted a feasibility study and then lead the design of the adaptive reuse of a historic building for the BBP offices. The first floor was gutted to reveal the original structure. Ceilings and columns were left exposed to create a loft like feel. The façade was opened between the structural bays to bring in natural light.
