Anthony Andrews

Good architecture isn’t a luxury—it should be accessible to all.

From an early fascination with urban density to a talent for sketching, Anthony’s path to architecture was clear. For him, design is a puzzle—one that merges spatial sequences, technical details, and the countless elements that shape a built environment. His passion lies in architectural tectonics, the fundamental building blocks of construction, which he uses to create spaces that are both functional and impactful.

At Spacesmith, Anthony’s technical expertise has been instrumental in the construction documentation of the General Services Administration’s U.S. Land Port of Entry in Trout River, NY. He believes in the power of good design to create safe, intentional environments—balancing the dualities of privacy and community, movement and shelter, solemnity and vibrancy.

Beyond architecture, Anthony finds creative expression in baking, a reflection of his instinct to care for others, and in cycling, which offers him a deeper appreciation for the diverse urban fabric of New York City. He holds a Master of Architecture from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Catholic University of America.
