The New York Metropolitan Transportation Council (NYMTC) was located in the World Trade Center. Post 9/11, the organization that supports various transportation agencies throughout the metropolitan region, was left without a home. Spacesmith worked sensitively and diligently, assisting the agency in selecting a new space and designing the facility that would begin to heal the wounds and provide essential services to their constituents.
