Will leads the firm’s design of complex research, science, and healthcare projects. His work involves the exploration of technological innovations in the design of laboratories and teaching facilities for graduate and undergraduate science and medical education.

Will currently serves on the Planning Board of Oradell, New Jersey. He participated in the National Endowment for the Arts Federal Design Improvement Program and was a member of the peer review design charrette for the Edward A. Garmatz Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Baltimore, Maryland.

Will holds a Master of Architecture from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science from Brown University.
