David brings over 25 years of planning, design and project management experience. He has extensive experience in projects with accelerated fast-track schedules, requiring the careful coordination of project team members and varied team consultants. His experience includes multi-phased, fast-track design and projects with aggressive schedules.

David is skilled in the coordination of all technical aspects of projects, including construction documents and scheduling of complex project teams and multiple stakeholders.

David holds a Master of Architecture from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth University.
